Представляя диссидентско-независимые настроения, имевшие место в Советской Армении в последние годы распада СССР, демократические реформы, имевшие место в первые годы независимости Третьей Республики Армения и введение ряда законодательных механизмов, мы считаем, что политические партии очень необходимы для установления государственных реформ и жизненно важной политической конкуренции.Логичное изменение политической системы, создание и изменение ряда законов явились основой для формирования плюрализма и многопартийности системы в республике. В результате именно благодаря всему этому в новой независимой Республике Армения была разрешена свободная политическая деятельность политических партий, непосредственным и неотъемлемым звеном которых должны были стать партийные лидеры.
Representing the dissident-independent sentiments that took place in Soviet Armenia in the last years of the collapse of the USSR, the democratic reforms that took place in the early years of the independence of the Third Republic of Armenia and the introduction of a number of legislative mechanisms, we believe that political parties are very necessary to establish state reforms and vital political competition. The logical change in the political system, the creation and change of a number of laws were the basis for the formation of pluralism and a multi-party system in the republic. As a result, it was thanks to all this that the free political activity of political parties was allowed in the newly independent Republic of Armenia, the direct and integral link of which was to be party leaders.
