Горбачевская перестройка вдохновила граждан на борьбу за восстановление свободы и независимости. Эта борьба дала свои плоды, в итоге Армения и Нагорный Карабах также заявили о своей независимости, хотя Арцах как суверенное государство по сей день не признан ни одной страной. Более четверти века народ Арцаха уверенно строит свое будущее и полон решимости бороться, защищать и укреплять столь дорогой ценой приобретенную независимость и свободу. Gorbachev's reconstruction inspired citizens to struggle for the restoration of freedom and independence. This struggle gave its benefits, Armenia and Nagorno Kharabakh also declared their independence, although Artsakh has not been recognized yet as a sovereign state by any country. But for more than a quarter century, the people of Artsakh confidently continue to build their future with determination to fight, defend and strengthen for their independence and freedom, which have been so dearly acquired.
