Մոսկվայի կոնսերվատորիայի, ապա Մոսկվայի գիտական և կրթական կենտրոնների հետ կապն ընդգրկում է մեծ ժամանակաշրջան՝ 1940-ական թ. կեսերից մինչ օրերս։ Սկսած 1938-ից՝ Երևանի կոնսերվատորիայում հիմնված Երաժշտագիտության ամբիոնի առաջին շրջանավարտներն իսկ արդեն կատարելագործվում էին Մոսկվայի Չայկովսկու անվան պետական կոնսերվատորիայում, Գնեսինների անվան երաժշտա-մանկավարժական ինստիտուտում, Արվեստագիտության համամիութենական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտում. այստեղ էլ պաշտպանել են իրենց թեկնածուական և դոկտորական ատենախոսությունները։ The relations with the Moscow Conservatory and scientific-educational centres of Moscow span a long period of time – from the 1940’s to this days.Starting from the first graduates of the Musicology Chair founded in 1938, they have been perfecting themselves at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory, the Gnessin State Music Pedagogical Institute, and the All-Union State Institute for Art Studies, where they defend theses for titles Candidate of Sciences and Doctor of Sciences.
