В преддверье 101-ой годовщины геноцида армян внимание средств массовой информации было сосредоточено на выступлении армянского депутата в парламенте Турции Гаро Пайлана, представляющего прокурдскую Демократическую партию народов в Великом Национальном Собрании Турции. В своей речи (21 апреля) он выступил с критикой турецкой государственной политики отрицания геноцида армян и от имени своей партии предложил создать специальную парламентскую комиссию по расследованию обстоятельств смерти армянских депутатов османского парламента, ставших жертвами этого преступления в отношении армянского народа.On the threshold of the 101st anniversary of the Armenian Genocide attention of Mass Media has been concentrated on the speech of the Armenian deputy in the parliament of Turkey about the Genocide of Armenians. Garo Paylan representing pro-Kurdish Democratic party of people in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey in his speech on April 21 has scarified Turkish state policy of denial, has presented implementation of the Armenian Genocide and on behalf of his party has suggested to create the special parliamentary commission on investigation of circumstances of death of the Armenian deputies of Ottoman parliament who have become the victims of the Armenian Genocide.
