Проблема инвалидности чрезвычайно актуальна в современном мире. В результате развития социальной модели инвалидности сформировалась модель гражданских прав, суть которой не только в защите гражданских прав лиц с инвалидностью, но и в повышении их социального статуса. Модели инвалидности отображаются в общественной практике в форме эксклюзии, сепарации, интеграции и в конце концов инклюзии лиц с инвалидностью. The problem of disability is extremely actual today. As a next step of the social model a model of civil rights has developed, which is not only protecting the civil rights of persons with disabilities, but also increases their social status. Models of disability result in the society's attitude towards persons with disabilities in forms of exclusion, separation, integration and inclusion.
