После советизации Армении были предприняты первые шаги по организации культурного строительства республики. С декабря 1920 года по февраль 1921 года Ревком и Наркомпрос приняли ряд декретов и указов по организации деятельности культурно-просветительских учреждений в Советской Армении. Проводимые мероприятия соответствовали политике в области культуры, осуществляемой в Советской России. The first moves towards the establishment of the Soviet culture in Armenia occurred strictly after the sovietisation of Armenia. In the period between December 1920 and February 1921 the Revolutionary Committee and People’s Commissar for Enlightenment, endorsed a series of decrees and orders targeted at the formation of a new cultural life in Soviet Armenia. The undertakings initiated derived from the cultural policy implemented in Soviet Russia, as well as, from the underlying Bolshevik theses of “popularization.”
