Сравнительный анализ уголовных законадательств иностранных государств и РА приводит к заключению, что преступления, совершаемые путем обмана или злоупотребления доверием, не зафиксированы ни в одном уголовном кодексе, однако во многих случаях данное преступление рассматривается в качестве норм мошенничества или злоупотребления доверием. The present paper presents a comparative analysis of the international experience for fighting the infliction of damage to property by fraud or abuse of trust. The study of the legal systems and criminal codes of different countries, as well as their comparison with the RA Criminal code, the paper envisages criminal liability for the offences against property. The research results can prove to be useful in the further development of the RA Criminal Code.
