Ժամանակակից աշխարհում սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման մարդ- կային գործոնը դարձել է ուղղակի կապիտալ, իսկ այդ կապիտալի զգալի մասը ձևավորվում է միգրացիայի հետևանքով: Հայաստանում ներկայիս միգրացիոն դրությունը պայմանավորված է սոցիալ-տնտեսական, քաղաքական, հոգեբանական բնույթ կրող մի շարք պատճառներով, իսկ ֆինանսատնտեսական խոր ճգնաժամը աշխատանքային միգրացիայի առաջատար գործոնն է և հիմնական շարժառիթը: The human factor of social-economic development in modern world has become just a capital, and the major part of the latter is formed as a result of migration. Migration in Armenia is due to social, economic, political, psychological reasons, and nowadays financial-economic crisis is a leading factor of labour migration and main reason for it.
