Актуальность статьи: Инновационная экономика-это логическое продолжение информационной революции, которое характеризуется как совокупность социальных, культурных, экономических и технологических отношений между государством, деловой средой и гражданами. Проблема взаимодействия экономики с наукой и технологией становится все более актуальной, поскольку она требует более системного и комплексного подхода как с точки зрения теоретико-методологического обеспечения, так и с точки зрения реализации практической политики Цель статьи: Цель статьи заключается в том, чтобы, исследовав показатели Глобального индекса инноваций за последние несколько лет, выявить инновационные возможности в Армении, подчеркнуть вызовы и выделить основу для создания новых технологий в стране. Для решения поставленной цели были определены следующие задачи: Исследовать показатели столпов Глобального индекса инноваций, сравнив их с показателями стран региона, Выделить факторы, которые создают основу для инновационного развития, Подчеркнуть вызовы государственной политики в контексте тенденций и особенностей технологического развития Армении
Методология: Теоретической основой исследования стали работы как иностранных, так и армянских экономистов, посвященные инновациям и особенностям их воздействия, а также интернет-ресурсы, отчеты Глобального индекса инноваций за последние несколько лет. Были использованы также данные, собранные и опубликованные другими международными организациями, а также данные отчетов Статистического комитета РА, правительства РА, Центрального банка РА и Налоговой службы РА․ Полученные результаты: Изменения показателей, используемых для оценки Глобального индекса инноваций, и подходы в этой области подчеркивают ключевую роль государства в процессе инновационных изменений.
The relevance of the article: The innovation economy is the logical continuation of the information revolution, characterized as a set of social, cultural, economic and technological relationships between the state, the business environment and citizens. The issue of the interaction between the economy, science and technology is becoming increasingly relevant as it requires a more systematic and comprehensive approach, both in terms of theoretical-methodological support and practical policy implementation. The aim of the article: The aim of the article is to examine the indicators of the Global Innovation Index in recent years, identify innovation opportunities in Armenia, highlight the challenges and outline the basis for the creation of new technologies in the country. In line with the research objectives, the following tasks were formulated: • Examine the pillars of the Global Innovation Index and compare them with the corresponding indicators of countries in the region. • Identify the key factors underpinning innovative development. • Analyze the challenges of state policy in the context of technological development trends and specificities in Armenia. Methodology: The theoretical basis of the research consists of works of both foreign and Armenian economists devoted to innovations and their impact characteristics, as well as Internet resources and reports of the Global Innovation Index for recent years. Data collected and published by other international organizations were also used, as well as reports of the RA Statistical Committee, the Government of Armenia, the Central Bank of Armenia, and the State Revenue Committee of Armenia. The main research findings: The changes in the indicators used to assess the Global Innovation Index and the approaches taken in this area highlight the key role of the state in the process of innovation change.
