Abstract:
The circular economy is a system of resource use that aims to preserve the utility and value of products, materials, and components. It emphasizes the redesign of processes and the recycling of materials. As living standards rise around the world, the consumption of resources and materials increases, which in turn increases the negative impact on the environment. The goal of implementing a circular economy is to replenish natural capital rather than continually deplete valuable natural resources, and to promote the reuse of goods that have already been produced. Inefficient waste management can be a major cause of environmental degradation. From a waste management perspective, the circular economy plays an important role in protecting human health. The concept of reducing and reusing waste is a key strategy for preserving ecosystems and natural resources, as well as reducing pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. To achieve these goals, each country must develop programs tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of its region. The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the importance of addressing these issues. The main objective of the article is to examine the advantages and disadvantages of the circular economy, as well as its significance for sustainable implementation. The study was conducted using sectoral research, descriptive, analytical, and statistical data analysis methods. As a result, several practical recommendations are proposed, including: • the collection, transportation, recycling, neutralization, or safe landfilling of construction waste without harming the environment or affecting climate change and human health, • organizing the separation and removal of biodegradable household waste from landfills, • developing and implementing a national strategy for the reduction of biodegradable municipal waste in landfills, • introducing technologies for energy production from waste, • emphasizing public awareness and education on these issues.
Циркулярная экономика — это система использования ресурсов, направ-ленная на сохранение полезности и ценности продуктов, материалов и компонентов. Особое внимание уделяется модернизации процессов и переработке материалов. По мере повышения уровня жизни человечества увеличивается потребление ресурсов и материалов, что усиливает негативное воздействие на окружающую среду. Целью внедрения цирклярной экономики является восстановление природного капитала, а не бесконечное использование ценных природных ресурсов, а также повторное использование бывших в употреблении продуктов. Неэффективное регулирование обращения с отходами может привести к ухудшению экологической ситуации. С точки зрения управления отходами внедрение экономики замкнутого цикла играет важную роль для здоровья человечество. Концепция сокращения и повторного использования отходов является ключевой стратегией сохранения экосистем и природных ресурсов, сокращения отходов и загрязнения, а также сокращения выбросов парниковых газов. Для достижения этих целей каждая страна должна разработать планы действий, соответствующие ее региону. Актуальность выбора темы определяется важностью этих вопросов. Основная цель статьи — рассмотреть преимущества и недостатки циркулярной экономики, а также важность его внедрении. Исследования проводились методом исследования отрасли, а так-же описательными, аналитическими и статистическими методами.
