Շարունակական կրթության պետական միասնական համակարգ ստեղծելու խնդիրը այդպիսի կրթության տեսության մշակումը դարձրել է էլ ավելի այժմեական ու հրատապ։ Իսկ դա անհնար է առանց խորհրդային և արտասահմանյան սոցիոլոգիական ու մանկավարժական գիտություններում այդ երևույթը արտացոլող տեսությունների ծագման ու հետագա զարգացման մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրության։ The problem of creation of unified state system of lifelong education has done the elaboration of the theory of this education more urgent.But it's not possible without a detailed study of the origin and further development of the theories which reflect this phenomenon in the Soviet and foreign sociological and pedagogical sciences.
