Հոդվածում քննարկվում են «Վարդաշեն» և «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների արական սեռի դատապարտյալների կենսակերպի և ապրելու պայմանների հիմնական կողմերը։ 197 դատապարտյալ տղամարդկանց շրջանում հետազոտության արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ հարցվածների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը պատիժը կրում էր առաջին անգամ, գրեթե կեսն ուներ բարձրագույն կամ թերի բարձրագույն կրթություն, հարցվածների ճնշող մեծամասնությունն ամուսնացած էր, ապրում էր առանձին բնակարանում։ Մինչ ազատազրկումը մեկ երրորդից ավելին երեխաներ չունեին։ Դատապարտյալ տղամարդկանց մոտ կեսը՝ 43,1%-ը, երբեք չի աշխատել, 95,5%-ն աշխատունակ է, դատապարտյալների միայն 6,5%-ն է թոշակառու։ Հետազոտության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել են անբարենպաստ սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմաններ ճաշասենյակում, լոգասենյակներում, միջատների առկայություն սենյակում, ինչը նշել է հարցվածների մեկ երրորդը։ Հատկանշական են նաև սննդակարգի և սնվելու ռեժիմի հետ կապված հարցերը, քանի որ տղամարդկանց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը` 67,0%-ը, սնունդն ընդունել է օրական 1–2 անգամ, 59,9%-ը միշտ կերակրի աղ է ավելացրել սննդին, ինչն ավելորդ քաշի զարգացման ռիսկի գործոն է, նաև գիրություն, հիպերտոնիա և այլն: Հարցվածների գրեթե կեսը՝ 45,7%-ը, ծխում են, ֆիզիկապես պասիվ են 58,9%-ը։ Հարցվածների 49,1%-ի կարծիքով չկան անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ՝ կրթություն ստանալու կամ շարունակելու համար: Շատ դրական է, որ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների բուժանձնակազմի աշխատանքի որակը բավարար է գնահատել դատապարտյալների մեծ մասը՝ 65,0%-ը, սակայն, ըստ բժշկական ծառայությունների որակի չափանիշների, հարցվածների կարծիքները կտրուկ տարբերվել են հօգուտ «Վարդաշեն» ՔԿՀ բուժծառայության բոլոր գնահատման կետերի:
The article examines the main aspects of the lifestyle and conditions of detention of the male special contingent of the “Vardashen” and “Armavir” penitentiary institutions. The results of a one-time study among 197 convicted men revealed that the vast majority of respondents were serving their sentence for the first time, almost half had higher or incomplete higher education, the vast majority of respondents were married, lived in a separate apartment before imprisonment, more than a third did not have children. About half of the male special contingent, 43,1%, have never worked, 95,5% are able to work, and only 6,5% of convicts are pensioners. The study revealed unfavorable sanitary and hygienic conditions in the dining room, in bathrooms, and the presence of insects in the control room, which was noted by a third of respondents. Issues of organization and diet also deserve attention, since in the vast majority of cases 67.0% of men ate food 1–2 times a day, 59,9% always added table salt to prepared food, which is a risk factor for the development of excess weight and obesity, hypertension, etc... Almost half of the respondents 45,7% are smokers, 58,9% are physically inactive, more than half of the respondents (52,8%) have conflicts. According to 45,3% of respondents, there are no necessary conditions for obtaining or continuing education, more than half considered employment opportunities in PU insufficient. It is very positive that the quality of work of the medical staff of prisons was assessed as satisfactory by the majority of convicted men, 65,0%. However, according to the criteria for the quality of medical services, the opinions of respondents differed sharply in favor of the medical service of the “Vardashen” penitentiary on all points of assessment and tens of times.
