Այսօր միգրացիոն գործընթացները հիմքում ընկած են այնպիսի խնդիրներ է, որն առնչվում է սոցիալական, տնտեսական և քաղաքական ոլորտներին: Պետությունը, հանդիսանալով սոցիալ-տնտեսական խնդիրների կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող մարմին, պետք է կարգավորի և վերահսկի միգրացիոն գործընթացները: Աշխատանքային էմիգրացիայի մեկնող մեր հայրենակիցները մեծամասամբ որակական առումով վարում են միջինից ցածր ապրելակերպ: ՀՀ բնակչության միգրացիայի հետ կապված խնդիրները լուծելու համար շատ կարևոր է ուշադրություն դարձնել միգրացիոն գործընթացների առանձնահատկություններին և դրանց ձևավորման պատճառներին: Թեման արդիական է և նպատակ ունի բացահայտել այն ռիսկերն ու հնարավորությունները, որոնք կարող են ազդել պետական միգրացիոն քաղաքականության մշակման վրա: Հոդվածում առաջադրվել են հետևյալ խնդիրները. ուսումնասիրել ՀՀ բնակչության հիմնական էմիգրացիոն ուղղությունները և աշխատանքային էմիգրացիայի արդյունքում ստացված դրամական փոխանցումները:
Сегодня в основе миграционных процессов лежат проблемы, связанные с социальной, экономической и политической сферами. Государство, являясь органом, занимающимся регулированием социально-экономических проблем, должно регулировать и контролировать миграционные процессы. Большинство наших соотечественников, выезжающих в трудовую миграцию имеют качество жизни ниже среднего. Для решения проблем, связанных с миграцией населения РА, очень важно обратить внимание на особенности миграционных процессов и причины их формирования. Тема актуальна и направлена на выявление рисков и возможностей, которые могут повлиять на развитие государственной миграционной политики. В статье были представлена следующая задача: изучить основные направления эмиграции населения РА и денежные переводы, полученные в результате трудовой эмиграции. Today, migration processes are based on issues related to social, economic, and political spheres. Migration processes are the response of the population to adapt to the rapid processes of globalization. The state, being a body dealing with the regulation of socio-economic issues, must regulate and control migration processes. Most of our compatriots who leave for labor migration lead a below-average quality of life. In order to solve the problems related to the migration of the population in RA, it is very important to pay attention to the features of migration processes and the reasons for their formation. The topic of this study is relevant not only for RA but also at the global level. As a result of studying the specifics of migration processes, it will be possible to make the risks in the labor market manageable and take steps toward the prevention of natural migration. The aim of this article is to study the peculiarities of population migration in the RA, and based on the results, to identify the risks and opportunities that determine the development of the state migration policy. To achieve that goal, the following tasks were set: to study the main migration directions of the RA population and remittances received from labor migration.
