В годы Советской власти языковая политика разрабатывалась и осуществлялась КПСС. Ее реализация была важна для всех союзных республик. Языковый вопрос считался одним из центральных компонентов национальной политики. Любое изменение государственной или партийной позиции в отношениях с народами СССР трансформировало характер восприятия языкового вопроса. Цель статьи – представить основные направления языковой политики СССР, возможности ее распространения и реализации в Армении, проблемы, возникавшие в результате этой политики в связи с использованием армянского языка.
During the years of the Soviet power, language policy was developed and implemented by the CPSU. Its implementation was important for all union republics. The language issue was considered one of the central components of national policy. Any change in the state or party position in relations with the peoples of the USSR transformed the nature of perception of the language issue. The purpose of the article is to present the main directions of the language policy of the USSR, the possibilities of its dissemination and implementation in Armenia, the problems arising as a result of this policy in connection with the use of the Armenian language.
