Abstract:

В статье рассматриваются два новых типа лидерства – теневое и захватническо-мстительное. Детально аналилизируются причины их возникновения, а также формы проявления и последствия. Подчеркивается необходимость привлечения психологов при выборе руководителей.
Two new types of leadership: shadow and seizure-vindictive are suggested in the article. The detail analysis of these types of leaders is clarifying the form of the development, causes and effects of them. The article emphasizes the importance of the psychologists’ participation of the leader election.
