Abstract:
The struggle of the Armenian population of Artsakh against the Azerbaijan aggression has been going on for almost three decades. In the Artsakh Wars (1988 – 1994, 2016, 2020) the Armenian people showed their united strength, tried to stop the enemy's aggression, to force and affirm their right to live freely. The idea of the power of unity is the basis of the Armenian folk dances. War dances are aimed at increasing the combat effectiveness of the fighters, ensuring the successful course of hostilities, contributing to victory. The performance of the war dances during the Artsakh war is the first attempt of research, where we clarify how much the war dances inspired the freedom fighters, gave them vital strength to fight, and fixed the victory in the consciousness.
Борьба армянского населения Арцаха против азербайджанской агрессии продолжается уже почти три десятилетия. Во время войн в Арцахе (1988 – 1994, 2016, 2020 гг.) армянский народ показал свою единую силу, попытался остановить агрессию врага, принудить и утвердить свое право на свободную жизнь. Идея силы единства лежит в основе армянских народных танцев. Боевые танцы направлены на повышение боеспособности бойцов, обеспечение успешного хода боевых действий, содействие победе. Исполнение боевых танцев во время Арцахской войны является первой попыткой исследования, где выясняется, насколько военные танцы вдохновляли борцов за свободу, придавали им жизненные силы для борьбы и закрепляли в сознании победу.
