Abstract:
В конце XIX – начале XX вв. на подъёме национально-освободительного движения армянского народа пропаганда освободительной идеологии велась на страницах печатных органов армянских национальных партий. Среди них свое достойное место занимала газета «Дзайн айреняц» (Голос отечества), которая являлась печатным органом партии Вераказмял гнчакистов. Газета выходила в 1899-1908 гг. в Бостоне, а в 1908-1910 гг. – в Костантинополе. Редактором был известный деятель этой партии Л. Ларенц. В публикациях особое место занимали статьи, касающиеся социально-экономического положения западных армян и вопросов национально-освободительного движения. Значительное место также отводилось освещению деятельности партии Вераказмял гнчакистов.
At the end of the 19th – the beginning of the 20th cñ., during the rise of the national liberation movement of the Armenian people, the propaganda of the liberation ideology was carried out by the printed organs of the national parties. Newspaper “Dzayn Hayreniats” (“The Voice of the Homeland”) which was the organ of the Reorganized Hunchakian party had its rightful place among them. It was published in Boston from 1899 to 1908 and in Constantinople from 1908 to 1910. The editor of the newspaper first was Garegin Chitchyan, then Levon Larents. The topics of the articles published in “Dzayn Hayreniats” were varied. Turkish-Kurdish violence in Western Armenia, issues of the national liberation movement, coverage of the ideology and activities of the Reorganized Hunchakian party, as well as international political events were given a large place. After the Young Turk revolution of 1908, the newspaper discussed the new tactics of the party, the principles proclaimed by the Young Turk constitution and their application in the Armenian provinces.
