В современных экономических условиях для Республики Армения особенно важно стимулирование инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности. Последнее требует цифровой трансформации сферы образования, а также активизации сотрудничества между наукой, бизнесом и государством. Особого внимания заслуживает также проблема стимулирования цифровой трансформации образования. В данном контексте особенно важно изучение возможностей финансирования сферы образования в Республике Армения и международного опыта, что и определяет актуальность темы нашего исследования. Целью исследования является выявление способов эффективного использования потенциала экономического развития и повышения конкурентоспососбности Республики Армения посредством изучения возможностей цифровой трансформации сферы образования. Задачей исследования является разработка возможных путей развития экономики Республики Армения на основе результатов анализа механизмов цифровой трансформации сферы образования. В ходе исследования использовались методы системно-ситуационного анализа, экономико-статистических группировок, индукции и дедукции, сравнительного и факторного анализа.
The stimulation of innovation and investment activities is especially important for the Republic of Armenia in current economic conditions. The latter requires a digital transformation of the education sector, as well as the activation of interaction between science, business and the state. The problem of stimulating the digital transformation of education also deserves special attention. In this context, it is especially important to study the possibilities of financing the education sector in the Republic of Armenia and international experience, which determines the relevance of the topic of our study. The aim of the study is to identify ways to effectively use the potential of economic development and increase the competitiveness of the Republic of Armenia by exploring the possibilities of digital transformation of the education sector. The objective of the study is the development of possible ways for the economic development of the Republic of Armenia, based on the results of the analysis of the mechanisms of digital transformation of the education sector. The study used the methods of system-situational analysis, economic and statistical groupings, induction and deduction, comparative and factor analysis.
