Актуальность статьи: В 2013-2021гг. тенденция увеличения степени централизации экспорта товаров РА, а также акценты ВТО и ВБ в направлении более диверсифицированной структуры экспорта, делают первостепенным выявление приоритетов в направлении роста объемов реального экспорта для Армении. Цель: Оценить роль централизации экспорта товаров в объяснении статистически значимых изменений реального экспорта товаров и услуг в краткосрочном периоде на основе квартальных данных (I кв. 2013г. - I кв. 2022г.) путем метода оценки наименьших квадратов, а также основываясь на результаты оценки выявить основные приоритеты роста объемов реального экспорта товаров и услуг.
Для достижения вышеуказанной цели были поставлены следующие задачи:՝
·Рассчитать квартальные индексы Херфиндаля-Хиршмана (в разрезе I кв. 2013г. - I кв. 2022г.),
· Провести эконометрическую оценку и выявить роль централизации экспорта товаров в объяснении изменений в реальных объемах экспорта товаров и услуг,
· Предложить основные приоритеты в направлении роста реальных объемов экспорта товаров и услуг РА, которые обеспечат более высокие темпы экономического роста.
Relevance of the article: In the period 2013-2021, the increasing pattern of concentration of exports of goods of the Republic of Armenia, and the emphasis of the WTO and World Bank on ensuring a more diversified export composition, stresses the need for identifying the priorities that would lead to the growth of real exports for Armenia The purpose: To estimate the role of export concertation of goods in explaining the statistically significant changes in the real exports of goods and services in the short run using quarterly data spanning from the first quarter of 2013 and the first quarter of 2022 based on the least squares estimation method (OLS); and based on the estimation results to identify the main priorities for the growth of real exports of goods and services:
The following objective have been set to achieve the above-stated goal:
·To compute the quarterly values of Herfindahl-Hirschmann index (period: 2013q1-2022q1);
· To estimate and identify the role of concentration of exports of goods in explaining changes in the real exports of goods and services;
· To propose the main priorities to ensure growth of real exports of goods and services for the Republic of Armenia, which will result in higher rates of economic growth.
