Конкурентоспособность – это оценка способности стран обеспечить высокий уровень благосостояния своих граждан. Что в первую очередь зависит от того, насколько эффективно страна в лице своих органов управления использует ресурсы данной страны. Для проведения анализа были взяты за основу индексы и рейтинги конкурентоспособности Армении и соседней Грузии, Ирана, Турции и Азербайджана на 2007-2019 годы. Учитывая воздействие эпидемии COVID-19, последствия последовавшей за ней 44-дневной войны и период послевоенного восстановления более чем актуально вернуться к анализу и сравнению основных показателей, влияющих на конкурентоспособность и по сравнению с регионом.
Competitiveness is an assessment of the ability of countries to ensure a high level of well–being of their citizens. What primarily depends on how effectively the country, represented by its governing bodies, uses the resources of this country. For the analysis, were taken as a basis the indexes and competitiveness ratings of Armenia and neighboring Georgia, Iran, Turkey and Azerbaijan for 2007-2019 years. Given the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, the consequences of the 44-day war that followed it, and the period of post-war reconstruction, it is more than relevant to return to the analysis and comparison of the main indicators that affect competitiveness and in comparison with the region.
