Abstract:

В исследовании описана сущность и общие закономерности трудовой миграции, выявлены и проанализированы современные тенденции трудовой миграции, оценены положительные и отрицательные социально-экономические последствия трудовой миграции для стран-экспортеров и импортеров рабочей силы. В целях всестороннего изучения миграционных проблем Республики Армения была проведена динамика ряда ключевых показателей, характеризующих потоки, мигра ционные потоки, их структуру, личные денежные переводы в Республику Армения и демографическую ситуацию в 2017-2019 годах проанализированы. В статье представлены основные недостатки, связанные с увеличением населения Республики Армения, прогнозируются сценарии в среднесрочной перспективе (3-4 года), которые напрямую зависят от социально-экономических мер, принимаемых государством в краткосрочной перспективе. На основании исследований и анализа были разработаны меры, направленные на снижение негативных последствий трудовой миграции для Республики Армения. Within the framework of the research, the essence and general patterns of labor migration were described, the current tendencies of labor migration were revealed, the assessment of positive-negative socio-economic consequences of labor migration was carried out for the countries exporting and importing labor. In order to comprehensively study the migration issues of the Republic of Armenia, the dynamics of a number of key indicators characterizing the passenger flows, migration flows, their structure, personal remittances to the Republic of Armenia, and the demographic situation in 2017-2019 were analyzed. The paper presents the main shortcomings related to the increase of the population of the Republic of Armenia, predicts scenarios in the medium term (3-4 years), which directly depend on the socio-economic measures taken by the government in the short term. Based on the studies and analyzes, measures aimed at reducing the negative effects of labor migration for the Republic of Armenia have been developed.
