The paper deals with some plural suffixes of the Classical Armenian (-ani, - oti, -ati, -ti) which later were abandoned since they were not regarded as such. The new plural suffixes (-er, -ner) were attached to the forms already having the abovementioned older suffixes. The author offeis a list of such lexical parallels in many neighboring languages which sbows the origins of Armenian -ti (-ati, -oti) forms. The existence of -ani, -ate suffixed forms could be taken as a proof in favour of the idea that the corresponding Armenian and Akkadian words have had a common areal origins or the Armenian forms were Semitic loans.
