Обеспечение защиты страны государством является первичным, ничем не заменимым общественным благом, в то время как деятельность по защите страны является разновидностью экономической деятельности, следовательно, основы обороноспособности страны - военная промышленность и система военных расходов, имеют экономическое содержание и требуют оценки их роли и значимости в общей системе развития экономики.Ensuring protection by the nation's government is the primary, irreplaceable public good, while the protection of the country is one of the types of economic activities, and hence, the found military spending are of economic substance and require assessment of their role and importance in the overall system of economic development.
