В мировой практике (так же как в Армении и Нагорном Карабахе) привлечение капитала осуществляется в основном через рынок ценных бумаг. Однако, в НКР существуют определенные факторы, препятствующие реа-лизации этого процесса, что ограничивает развитие рынка капитала НКР. Не состоялись системы как стиму-лирования инвестиций, так и рыночного формирования и перераспределения инвестиционных ресурсов. В этих условиях произошел нежелательный отток финансовых ресурсов из производственной сферы в торговлю, а их значительная часть просто ушла за пределы НКР.In the international practice and in Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic the process of attracting capital via the stock market is practiced. However, several factors could impede that process, thus constraining the stock market development in the NKR. The Republic lacks the systems of investment promotion; market mechanisms to generate, channel and re-allocate investment resources. Under these circumstances, financial resources have been channeled from the manufacturing sector into the trade sector of the economy, and the substantial share of the resources has reported direct outflow from the NKR.
