A closed expression is provided for the Casimir-Polder potential for the interaction of a polarziable microparticle and two conducting plates in the geometry of a conical defect with an arbitrary planar angle deficit. The plates are perpendicular to the axis of the defect. The behavior of the potential is investigated in various asymptotic regions for the values of the parameters in the problem. The Casimir-Polder forces are repulsive with respect to the defect and attractive with respect to the closer plate.
