The obvious references to Gerard de Nerval's works are missing in French film director Philippe Gerard's film art. But there is a deep inner relationship between Garrel film art and Nerval dream scrap. The films by Philippe Garrel are the seeking of the mutable line of dreams and reality. Gerard de Nerval studies "the outflow of the dreams into the real life". Both artists take dream scrap to its conceptual, aesthetic, poetic height that is an infinite dialogue between dream and reality. It is expressed by peculiar boundary geography, fluent transitions from border to border, in one case expressed with poetic image, in another case with movie illustrations. The article intends to find out Nerval dream scrap trace in Philippe Garrel's films. У французского кинодраматурга Гарреля отсуствуют откровенные посылы к произведению Жерара де Нерваля. Однако есть глубокая связь между киноискусством Гарреля и описанием снов Нерваля. Киноискусство Филиппа Гарреля - поиск хрупкой грани между сном и реальностью. Жерар де Нерваль исследует "утеку сна в реальную жизнь". Гаррель и Нерваль доводят описание сна до идейного, эстетического, поэтического совершенства. У Гарреля и у Нерваля сны определяются особенной "географией" границ, переходами от грани до грани, в одном случае это выражается стихотворными образами, в другом случае - кинообразами; статья изучает след нервалевского сновидения в фильмах Филиппа Гарреля.
