Электронная структура гем-дихлорэпоксидов

Методами MNDO и CNDO/2 проведены расчеты электронной структуры I(трихлорметил)- и I(2-пиридил)-2,2-дихлорэтиленоксидов. Вопреки доминирующему в настоящее время мнению, показано, что эти эпоксиды в реакциях нуклеофильного замещения трихлорметилкарбинолов не являются интермедиатами, по которым непосредственно идет нуклеофильная атака. Քվանտաքիմիական MNDO և CNDO/2 մեթոդներով կատարվել են 1(տրիքլորմեթիլ)- և 1(2-պիրիդիլ)-2,2-դիքլորէթիլենօքսիդների էլեկտրոնային կառուցվածքի հաշվարկները: Ցույց է տրվել, որ տրիքլորմեթիլկարբինոլների նուկլեոֆիլ տեղակալման ռեակցիաներում այդ էպօքսիդները չեն կարող հանդիսանալ այնպիսի միջանկյալ միացություններ, որոնց վրա անմիջականորեն գնում է նուկլեոֆիլ հարձակումը: In the investigations on nucleophilic substitution reactions of trichloromethylcarbinols in the basic medium the formation of hem-dichloroethylene oxides as intermediates was postulated. Due to the regioselectivity of the substitution reactions of these carbinols with the binucleophiles it follows conclusion that the primary nucleophilic attack goes to a-carbon atom of epoxides with directed the following cyclization to β-carbon center. For verification of this statement the electronic structures of the known 1-(trichloromethyl)- and supposed 1-(2-pyridil)-2,2-dichloro-ethylene oxides was calculated using the MNDO an CNDO/2 methods.
