Газета "Чакатамарт" всегда уделяла внимание проблемам армянских беженцев и сирот, освещала на своих страницах программы, которые претворялись в жизнь в Константинополе и других армянских колониях. Среди них газета особо выделяла благотворительные начинания Западноармянской епархии, находящейся в Константинополе. Под отдельным заголовком "Чакатамарт" давала представление и о мероприятиях на государственном уровне, которые проводились для беженцев и сирот в Первой Республике Армения. "Chakatamart" (Battle) newspaper always paid attention to the problems of Armenian refugees and orphans. It published projects, which were implemented for them in Constantinople and in other Armenian communities. Among them, the newspaper pointed out the charitable initiatives of the Western Armenian Patriarchate of Constantinople. Under a separate heading, "Chakatamart" (Battle) also covered state programs implemented by the First Republic of Armenia for the sake of the Armenian refugees and orphans.
