Исследование на тему «Эволюция наблюдательных миссий и влияние наблюдений на освещение выборов» проведено на примере деятельности наблюдательных миссий, начиная с президентских выборов в Армении 1996 года. В отчетах наблюдательных миссий масс-медиа упоминается, начиная с пре- зидентских выборов 1998 года. Investigation into the OSCE and ODIHR monitoring of all elections starting with the 1996 presidential election to elucidate the development of the monitoring missions and its impact on elections has been carried out. The findings of the observers on the media coverage of the elections have been made public in reports issued since the 1998 presidential election.
