The article studies the repatriation to Soviet Armenia (1921-1936), which is set aside as the first phase of repatriation to the Soviet Union. The article presents an overview of the repatriation of 1921-1936 in figures and accenting to countries, as well as discusses what steps the Soviet authorities took to organize and carry out repatriation and how they assisted in the efforts of the Armenian Relief Committee (HOK) to organize immigration.
