After the end of the Second World War the USA put forward the plan of reconstruction of Europe which is known as the Marshall Plan as well. This plan was directed not only to the reconstruction of the economy of Eastern Europe. It was also a geopolitical plan thus to provide the financial and economical penetration to Western Europe.
