The present scientific article covers the problem of the role and significance of road waybill in the sphere of domestic, as well as international road cargo carriages. A ll the possible displays of the road waybill’s significance are divulged by the author in detail and multifaceted manner in the researched area with regard to that. Under the research of problematic aspects regarding the current issue the author comes to a conclusion that the legislation of the Republic of Armenia should be amended by respective legal norms governing the role and features o f road waybill in the sphere of road cargo carriages.
