The internal and foreign policy of the Bolshevist government cracked in 1917. However, using the encouragement of the “ revolutionary” nation, Bolshevists slowly formed an authoritative regime where all the phenomena that could create danger, were suppressed. The years of Khrushchev’s and Brezhnev’s rule created conditions to make the central power formal. The fulfillment of serious changes became necessary. Undertaking these works in the 80s, giving back to the nation a part of its rights which they had been deprived of, the representatives of Krushchev’s ideology thought that with the help of new democratic criteria, they could eliminate the memories of past injustice. However, the opposite thing happened, and Armenians were also included in the nation wide struggle, which was particularly evident almost in all national republics.
