Abstract:
The press is one of the valuable sources of the best reflection of the specific period of the time and events. Genocide massacres and immigration of the Armenians which took place in the Ottoman Empire, was also focused in the Syrian press. The Syrian press also illustrated the speeches and official letters of Armenian deputies in a number of its issue (1896-1914). It has approved that the Armenian Issue as an international conflict, has existed before the world community.
