Abstract:

Балканский кризис в международных отношениях 1912г. побудил Константинопольский патриархат выступить с инициативой в пользу улучшения положения турецкоподданых армян. Инициатива была поддержана верховным католикосом Геворком V и русской дипломатией. Благодаря давлению Петербургского двора армянский вопрос вновь вошел в международную повестку великих держав. Balkan crisis in international relationship in 1912 induced the Patriarchy of Constantinople to stand for improvement of Turkish subject Armenians' position. The Supreme Catholicos Gevorg the V and Russian diplomacy supported this initiative. Owing to Petersburg court the Armenian Question was again included in the agenda of the Great Powers.
