Հայերի ցեղասպանաթյան վերաբերյալ աշխարհի տարբեր լեզուներով փաստաթղթերի ու վկայությունների բազմաթիվ ժողովածուների ու գիտահետազոտական աշխատությունների թվում կարևոր են 1921 թվականի հունիսին Ս. Թեհլիրյանի բեռլինյան հանրահայտ դատավարության սղագրությունն ու նրա հետ կապված փաստագրական նյութերը: Դատավարությունում մեծ տպավորություն թողեց գերմանացի հումանիստ Յոհաննես Լեփսիոսի ելույթը: Նա հավաստի փաստերի հիման վրա բացահայտեց ինչպես Աբդուլ Համիդ 2-րդի, այնպես էլ երիտթուրքերի պարագլուխների մշակած հայերի ցեղասպանության նողկայի ծրագրերը և դրանց իրագործման բարբարոսական եղանակները: A great number of collections and scientific-research works based on documents and witnesses on the Armenian Genocide have been published in different world languages, but the role of the famous Berlin Court trial protocol and documents is invaluable. During the trial process which took place on June 2-3, 1921, Talaat-the head organizer of the Armenian Genocide, was sentenced, and the national avenger S. Tehleryan was not only justified, but also appeared in the role of the prosecutor. The speech of the great German scholar, armenologist, specialist of the Armenian Question Johannes Lepsius was very impressive during the trial. Based on the authentic facts he revealed the terrible program on the Armenian Genocide and the barbarous methods of their fulfilling, which was planned either by Abdul Hamid II or the leaders of Young Turks.
