Abstract:

В настоящей статье обстоятельно рассматриваются иерархические разнородные связи нормативных регуляторов. В статье подчеркивается, что система права, имея многоуровневую, иерархическую структуру, строится по принципу пирамиды, в основании которой нормативные регуляторы обьединяются в отрасли, институты, нормы права, при этом каждая нижняя ступень системы права находится в субординационных отношениях с находящимися на высших ступенях, подчиняется им. The article in detail discusses the various hierarchical relations of normative regulators. It is emphasized that the law system, having a multi–level and hierarchic structure, is constructed on the principles of a pyramid, where the normative regulators are united in branches. Institutions and norms of law. Thus, the lower levels of the law system are subordinate to those being on higher levels.
