Рост информационной инфраструктуры в начале XXI века как во всем мире, так и, в частности,в Армении, а также активное развитие информационных технологий привели к необходимости по–другому рассматривать право неприкосновенности личной жизни – одного из основных институтов как международного, так и отечественного права, частью которого является отмеченное в 5–й части 23–й статьи Конституции Республики Армения право каждого на секретность переписки, телефонных разговоров, почтовых, телеграфных и других отправлений. At the beginning of the XXI century the growth of the information infrastructure throughout the world and particularly in Armenia, as well as the active development of contemporary information technologies have led to the necessity of perceiving otherwise one of the basic institutions of both international and domestic legislation, i.e. the right of inviolability of private life–the legal nature and safety measures in the RA. Its constituent part is registered in the 5th part of Article 23 of the RA Constitution, i.e. secrecy of each individual’s right of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal, telegraph and other communications.
