 abstract={С точки зрения демографических проблем нынешняя эпоха считается периодом больших перемен. Целью статьи является анализ демографической картины РА, сравнивание ее с глобальными тенденциями, выявление демографических проблем, препятствующих развитию экономики Армении, и предложение возможных решений. В результате выяснилось, что демографические проблемы в Армении соответствуют мировым тенденциям, но выражены острее и могут привести к нежелательным последствиям,если не предпринять соответсвующие меры. From the point of view of demographic issues, the current epoch is considered a period of great changes. The purpose of the article is to analyze the demographic stance in the Republic of Armenia, to compare it with global trends, to reveal those demographic issues that hinder the development of the Armenian economy, and to propose possible approaches to address them. The findings of the study state that the demographic issues the Republic of Armenia faces reflect the global trends, however, are more deeply-rooted and could cause undesirable consequences.},
