The current-voltage (I-V) measurements of the device under dark conditions exhibits asymmetrical and rectifying behavior for ITO/TiO2/PAni.CSA.PEO/Al junction that confirms the formation of diode. The diode parameters such as rectification ratio Rr, saturation current Io, ideality factor n* are determined from I-V curves. The photovoltaic properties of ITO/TiO2/(PAni.CSA/PEO)/Al junction were studied under illumination condition, and found the short circuit current density Jsc= 0.82 mA, open circuit voltage Voc = 485mV, and solar cell efficiency =0.902 after annealing.}, title={Nanofibers Polyaniline Heterojunction Solar Cell}, type={Հոդված}, keywords={Physics, Electronic structure and electrical properties of surfaces, Materials science}, }
