 abstract={Հոդվածում ուսումնասիրվում է լեղուղիների հիվանդություններով տառապող և բարձր վիրահատական-անեսթեզիոլոգիական ռիսկի խմբին պատկանող հիվանդների մոտ վիրահատական բուժման տարբեր մոտեցումների արդյունավետությունը: Այդ նպատակով համադրվել են միափուլ էնդոսկոպիկ միջամտության և բուժման երկփուլ եղանակով՝ լեղուղիների տրանսպապիլյար ստենտավորման և դրան հաջորդող էնդոսկոպիկ վիրահատության ենթարկված անձանց բուժման արդյունքները: Հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ լեղուղիների պաթոլոգիաների ժամանակ տվյալ հիվանդների խմբի մոտ առավել արդյունավետ է բուժման երկփուլ եղանակի կիրառումը: Efficiency of various approaches in surgical treatment of patients with diseases of the biliary tract from the group of high operative-anesthesiological risk is discussed in the article. With this aim, the results of patients who have undergone one-stage endoscopic intervention as well as two-stage treatment – transpapillary stenting of the biliary tract with subsequent endoscopic surgery are compared. Based on these data, the conclusion is made about the higher efficiency of the two-stage approach to treatment of biliary tract diseases in this population of patients.},
