 abstract={Сравнительный анализ исследований стоматологических аэрозолей, проведённых в различных странах, показывает, что независимо от географического ре гиона во время клинических стоматологических вмешательств формируются аэрозольные облака, содержащие широкий спектр микроорганизмов и способные участвовать в передаче инфекций. В то же время установлено, что уровень микробной контаминации варьирует в широких пределах (от десятков до более чем 1000 CFU/м³) и обусловлен не столько географическим фактором, сколько особенностями клинической среды. Основными факторами, влияющими на интенсивность аэрозольной контами- нации, являются эффективность систем вентиляции, тип используемого оборудования, характер стоматологического вмешательства и интенсивность потока пациентов. A comparative analysis of studies on dental aerosols conducted in different countries demonstrates that, regardless of the geographical region, aerosol clouds containing a wide spectrum of microorganisms and potentially contributing to the transmission of infections are generated during clinical dental procedures. At the same time, it has been established that the level of microbial contamination varies within a wide range (from dozens to more than 1000 CFU/m³) and is determined not so much by geographical factors as by the characteristics of the clinical environment. The main factors influencing the intensity of aerosol contamination include the effectiveness of ventilation systems, the type of equipment used, the nature of the dental procedure, and the intensity of patient flow.},
