 abstract={Армянские колонии распространены по разным странам всех континентов Земли. На протяжении веков появление колоний было вызвано политическим и экономическим распадом страны. Большое количество ремесленников, в том числе ювелиров, покидали страну и селились в зарубежных странах. По этой причине армянские ювелиры на протяжении веков работали за пределами своей страны, куда они были насильственно переселены. Они продолжали творить теми техническими, стилистическими и концептуальными методами, которые веками передавались из поколения в поколение. Они также сохраняли свои особые национальные традиции, навыки, нравы и порядки. В колониях армянские мастера трудились и одновременно обучали своему ремеслу как соотечественников, так и иностранных учеников. Они изготавливали церковную утварь, предметы быта, украшения, которые использовали в данной стране и экспортировали за рубеж. Работы армянских мастеров высоко оценивались на международных выставках. Они украшали окружающую среду и наряды королей, императоров, президентов разных стран, а также преподносились в качестве подарков высокопоставленным гостям государств. Армянские произведения, изготовленные в разных странах, имеют соответственно клейма данных стран. Armenian colonies are spread over all the continents of the world. The reason for the establishment of colonies was the country's political destruction and the economic decay over the centuries. Most of the craftsmen, including goldsmiths, left the country and settled in foreign countries. For this reason, Armenian jewelers worked outside their country in places where the people were forcibly relocated. They carried the techniques, the conceptual characteristics and styles coming from their ancestors, passing them down from generation to generation. They continued to maintain their special national traditions, customs, rules and order for a long time. In the colonies, Armenian masters created their works and at the same time taught their crafts to both compatriots and foreign students. They made church utensils, household objects, ornaments and so on, which were used in the country where they lived, and exported to other countries. The products made by Armenian masters were highly appreciated at international exhibitions, they usually decorated the royal furnishings and garments. The kings, emperors and presidents of different countries presented the works of Armenian masters to high-ranking individuals as precious gifts. Armenian handiwork made in different countries bears the seals of those countries accordingly. That is the reason why, in addition to Armenian, there are stamps in Arabic, Latin, Russian, Georgian and other languages on Armenian jewelry. Even today, gifted and talented Armenian jewelers work abroad. However, it is not always possible to recognize their ethnicity due to changing names and surnames.},
