 abstract={В одном из предыдущих номеров научного журнала «История и политика» мы говорили об особенностях деятельности политических партий в благоприятных правовых и политических условиях, сложившихся для политических партий в первое десятилетие после распада СССР и независимости Армении, в частности, их участие в парламентских выборах, зафиксированные ими результаты, роль партий в процессе демократических преобразований в Армении. Вышеупомянутая статья относилась к конкретному историко-политическому периоду: к парламентским выборам, состоявшимся в 1990-1999 гг. В этой статье мы постарались осветить период 2003-2012 гг. особенности участия политических партий РА в парламентских выборах. Также стоит отметить изучение выводов международных и местных независимых миссий по наблюдению за выборами, которое также проводилось широко. In one of the previous issues of the scientific journal "History and Politics" we spoke about the features of the activities of political parties in the favorable legal and political conditions that prevailed for political parties in the first decade after the collapse of the USSR and the independence of Armenia, in particular, their participation in parliamentary elections, recorded their results, the role of parties in the process of democratic transformations in Armenia. The above article referred to a specific historical and political period: to the parliamentary elections held in 1990-1999. In this article, we tried to cover the period 2003-2012. features of the participation of political parties of the Republic of Armenia in the parliamentary elections. Also worth noting is the study of the findings of international and local independent election observation missions, which was also carried out widely.},
