 abstract={Издание «Геноцидная политика Азербайджана против армян: 1918—2023» представляет собой всесторонний, документально обоснованный труд, посвящённый систематическому насилию, этническим чисткам и геноцидальным действиям, осуществляемым азербайджанскими властями против армянского населения на протяжении более ста лет. Начиная с бакинских и шушинских погромов (1918—1920), далее — Сумгаита, Баку и Мараги (1988—1990), до военных преступлений в ходе апрельской войны 2016 г., 44-дневной войны 2020 г. и блокады Арцаха в 2022—2023 гг., авторы показывают преемственность и государственный характер этих преступлений. Каждый раздел подкреплён фактами, ссылками на международные источники, правовые документы и публикации зарубежной и советской прессы. В книге фиксируются массовые убийства, пытки, разрушение культурного наследия, применение запрещённых вооружений, а также намеренное доведение мирного населения до голода в ходе недавней блокады. Работа сочетает исторический анализ и юридическую аргументацию, что делает её ценным источником для специалистов в области истории, международного права и геноцидологии.
