 abstract={Отношения Республики Армения с Российской Федерацией носят стратегический характер. Это партнерство выделяется своей ролью и значением в становлении и функционировании системы национальной безопасности Армении. С момента установления дипломатических отношений между Россией и Арменией реализованы многочисленные и разнообразные мероприятия, направленные на непрерывное развитие взаимовыгодного сотрудничества во всех сферах жизнедеятельности, включая также военные и военно-технические направления. Армяно-российское военное сотрудничество вытекает из стратегических интересов двух стран, и на современном этапе достигло довольно высокого уровня, имея в основе видение постоянного и динамичного развития этих отношений. Армения последовательна в развитии отношений с Россией в сфере совместной безопасности, особенно в рамках программ СНГ, ОДКБ, Объединенной системы ПВО и совместной охраны границ. The relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation are of a strategic nature. This partnership stands out for its role and importance in the establishment and functioning of the Armenian national security system. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Armenia, numerous and varied events have been implemented, aimed at the continuous development of mutually beneficial cooperation in all spheres of life, including also military and military-technical directions. Armenian-Russian military cooperation follows from the strategic interests of the two countries, and at the present stage has reached a rather high level, having as a basis the vision of the constant and dynamic development of these relations. Armenia is consistent in developing relations with Russia in the field of joint security, especially within the framework of the programs of the CIS, the CSTO, the Joint Air Defense System and the Joint Border Protection.},
