 abstract={Рынок труда является одним из важнейших элементов рыночной экономики. В современных условиях углубление несоответствия между предложением рынка труда и резервным предложением требует изучения и анализа основных показателей рынка труда. Анализ тенденций рынка труда обеспечивает прочную основу для оценки и решения ключевых вопросов, связанных с эффективной занятостью и достойным трудом. Это определяет актуальность исследования. Цель исследования – осветить тенденции рынка труда РА и представить его особенности. Для достижения этой цели были определены следующие проблемы: изучить динамику постоянного населения, живорождения и смертности, продолжительность жизни, проанализировать состав и структуру трудовых ресурсов, представить характеристики рабочей силы и экономически неактивного населения. The labor market is one of the most important elements of the market economy. In the current conditions, the deepening of the discrepancy between the labor market supply and demand requires the study and analysis of the main indicators of the labor market. Analyses of labor market trends provide a solid base for assessing and addressing key issues related to effective employment. This fact determines the relevance of the study. The purpose of the study is to highlight the trends of the RA labor market and present its features. To achieve that goal, the following tasks were set: to study the dynamics of the permanent population and life expectancy, to analyze the composition and structure of labor resources, present the characteristics of the workforce and the economically inactive population.},
