 abstract={Статья представляет обзор опубликованных работ по проблемам национальной экономики. В процессе анализа выявляются те основные тезисы, которые могут быть полезными для решения экономических и социальных проблем Армении. Рассматриваются множество вопросов: управление кадрами как основа инновационного развития организаций; взаимосвязи налоговой политики и внешнего долга государства; формирование национального богатства и доходов населения; использование некоторых элементов экономического опыта других стран; причины не формировавшихся экономических моделей; тенденции развития экономической терминологии. При анализе вышеуказанных тем основой послужили современные тенденции мирового опыта и теории, ведение в оборот необходимой литературы для обоснования достоверности предлагаемых выводов. The article presents an overview of published works on the problems of the national economy. In the process of analysis, those main theses are identified that can be useful for solving the economic and social problems of the republic. Many issues are considered: personnel management as the basis for the innovative development of organizations; the relationship between tax policy and the external debt of the state; formation of national wealth and incomes of the population; the use of some elements of the economic experience of other countries; the reasons for the unformed economic models; trends in the development of economic terminology. When analyzing the above topics, the basis was the current trends in world experience and theory, the circulation of the necessary literature to substantiate the reliability of the proposed conclusions.},
