Рассматривая процесс превращения Филиппин в страну с экономикой, основанной на услугах, и становление в ней современной сферы услуг (а именно аутсорсинга практических процессов), предложить соответствующие шаги по увеличению объемов экспорта современных услуг и экономической политики Армении. Unlike its Asian neighbors, the Philippines followed the path of deindustrialization, was transformed into a services-oriented economy, and emerged as a global hub of business process outsourcing by attracting large multinational corporations from the United States. Purpose of the article. By considering the process of transformation of the Philippines into a services-oriented economy and how the country emerged as a modern services exporter (namely business process outsourcing (BPO)), to propose respective steps to increase the exports of modern services, and with respect to the priority of economic policy in Armenia.},
