This research is based on the investigations of the phenomenon of birth, drift and multiplication of delta electrons originated due to interaction of thermal neutrons with the synthesized new composite mediums (Si)I(LiF)II(CsJ)III(Ag)IV under the influence of external accelerating electric field. These investigations are continuation of the cycle of researches in which the possibility of utilization of the above mentioned phenomena as operating bases of more effective detectors of elementary particles were explored.
